Job Context
- Bay Developments is looking for a well-rounded individual to join our team as Executive. You will act as our market expert, who will identify what makes Bay’s and its SBUs offerings successful and how we can convey that to our customers. One of your core responsibilities will be to strategically position Bay’s product line by ensuring it fits with our core clients’ needs. In addition, you will be tasked with boosting Bay’s and its SBUs successful brand even further. As a go-to member of all branding activities, you will assist a team of Branding and Communications professionals to drive customer engagement, initiate and execute marketing campaigns and achieve key target metrics.
Job Responsibilities
- Study market trends, client needs and growth opportunities to strategically position Bay’s product line
- Work with cross-functional partners to develop solutions that will improve the timeliness, cost, and quality of Bay’s projects based on market research
- Assist in all physical marketing activities including project signage creation, 3D renderings, sales brochures, and events
- Assist in all digital marketing activities including website development, social media marketing, and display advertising
- Assist the team in copy writing material for digital marketing mediums
- Ensure proper processing of requisitions, bills, etc.
- Any other tasks provided by management to perform

- BBA/MBA from any reputed University, with Major in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 28 years
- Experience in marketing at advertising/digital marketing agency
- Able to conduct market research through identifying trends, customer segments and product development opportunities
- Strong understanding of all digital platforms – Web Development, Facebook, Instagram, Paid Ads
- Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable analyzing and applying web data including traffic and conversion metrics
- A good eye for aesthetically appealing content
- Software skills on MS Office Suite, Adobe Bridge, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
