PositionBranch Manager

Job Context

  • Padma Bank Limited is looking for some dynamic individuals as Branch Manager (BM).

Job Responsibilities

  • Accountable for achieving set targets of assigned team in terms of Asset and liability.
  • Accountable for overall portfolio quality and collections.
  • Monitor market and competition indicators and formulate strategies to acquire new relationships and maintain existing client to increase profitable market share.
  • Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed. Should be capable to manage all activities of the branch banking with high ethical standards, complying with both internal and external regulations.
  • Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
  • Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
  • Act as Branch Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer (BAMLCO) and ensure full compliance of AML & TF related issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management, and Foreign Trade Operations is required
  • Managing important stakeholders including social opinion leaders, government administration.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Post Graduation/ Graduation(4 Years) in any discipline

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 06 years of working experience in any reputed commercial bank with adequate managerial experience. For higher deserving candidates, requirements may be relaxed.

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent clientele base for Corporate, SME & Retail Business.
  • Multitasking and have excellent time management skills
  • Strong leadership qualities for coaching, mentoring and managing people
  • Show excitement for growing the business and acquiring new customers
  • Should have problem-solving attitude

PositionSub Branch Manager

Job Context

  • Padma Bank Limited is looking for some dynamic individuals as Sub-Branch Manager

Job Description

  • Manage the overall affairs of Sub-Branch and day to day operations.
  • Ensure customer relationship management with excellent business development network
  • Collaborate with the affiliated Branch for smooth functioning and achieving business goals
  • Asset and Liability Marketing, risk analysis and risk management, general banking operations, customer service, control and compliance
  • Prepare annual business plan and achieve the business targets set for the Sub-branch and ensure sound business development and quality portfolios;
  • Develop strategies to broaden the business tapping potential customers of different business segments
  • Ensure highest standard of governance and regulatory compliances in line with the regulatory requirements & bank’s directives;
  • Provide leadership and trained-up sub-ordinate officials through active guidance & supervision to attain their individual business targets towards achieving the goals of the Sub-branch;
  • Participate in community activities to ensure bank’s presence & visibility in the locality with the view to widen the scope of business.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Post Graduation/ Graduation (4 Years) in any discipline

Experience

  • At least 04 years banking experience with at least 01 year as Branch Operations Manager/Deputy Manager or GB In-Charge in a reputed commercial bank. For higher deserving candidates, requirements may be relaxed.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, decision making skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal and customer service skills and leadership quality.
  • Thorough understanding of all sorts of banking transaction processes and banking products.
  • Clear understanding of associated risks in banking operations/transactions and its mitigation.
  • Strong IT knowledge and good command over Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point.
  • Ability to work under pressure and very good people dealings with positive attitude.

Job Context

  • Padma Bank Limited is looking for some dynamic individuals as Branch Operations Manager (BOM )for its branches

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring customer service and effective supervision of the Branch.
  • Ensuring proper control and compliance in Branch operation with Bank policies, regulatory laws and guidelines
  • Authorizing of financial and non-financial transactions by ensuring proper verification of source and supporting documents
  • Proper and authentic reporting to regulatory authority and internal stakeholders
  • Acting as coordinator during Audit (both in internal & external)
  • Act as joint custodian of Cash and valuables in the Branch.
  • Identify weakness/flaws in operational procedures and initiate remedial action.
  • All Branch maintenance i.e. cleanliness, floor management, branch security, IT security etc.
  • Be involved with Business Development of the Branch.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Post Graduation/ Graduation (4Years) in any discipline

Experience Requirements

  • At least 05-year(s) out of which 02 (Two) years as Branch Operations Manager/Deputy Manager/General Banking In Charge in a reputed commercial bank. For higher deserving candidates’, requirements may be relaxed.

  • Ensure quality customer service

Educational Requirements
