Job Context
- Confidence Mag Board Limited is a Manufacture Base Company is looking for Deputy/Assistant Sales Manager as a dedicated team member for its field team, who can contribute to the business by generating new Wholesale & Retail work opportunity. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales all products Confidence Mag Board Limited.
- Achieve companies’ goal through Wholesale & Retail marketing.
- Meeting prospective Wholesaler, Retailer & Customer promote about products.
- Prepare sales and marketing strategy.
- Ensure proper collection and sales target.
- Received complaints and ensure service delivery.
- Market visit daily basis.
- Identify new market opportunities.

Educational Requirements
- BBA/Graduate (MBA/Master Degree will be preference) in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Highly self-motivated.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
- Experience in the Board marketing will be given preference.
- Office automation such as MS Word, MS Excel * MS Power Point.

- T/A (or, transport facility will be provided), & D/A, Mobile bill
- Salary Review: Yearly
- Festival Bonus: 50% on gross salary 2 times per year (After 6 months provisional period)
- Sales Incentive will be based on performance
