Job Context
Role: We are currently seeking qualified “Customer Service Support Manager” with outstanding spoken English for Datazo Info-Tech Limited Bangladesh.
Job Description / Responsibility
Searching for product information from customers by inbound and outbound calls or receiving calls and receiving questions, handling complaints, identifying problems.
Responsible for handling overall management of the Customer Support and administration duties. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Welcome all Clients, visitors, and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Customer Support Operation. Responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned department by keeping records.
Ensure all other systems are in place and well- functioning such as management of intercom, PABX, Internet, etc. Ability to take initiatives, to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Maintain all the records properly in a detail in register book. Ready to take up other responsibility as and when assigned.

Additional Requirements
Age 27 to 35 years

Candidates have to make Inbound and outbound calls.
Managing survey calls and customer service inquiries.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Keep records of customer interactions and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Excellent communication skill with customers in appropriate accent.
Prospective Candidates should have BBA / MBA/ Masters from a recognized University with a minimum 5 years of experience handling Customer Support Service Area. Candidates with experience in educational institutions will be given preference.

Salary
Tk. 30000 – 40000 (Monthly)
