Job Context

  • We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, very organised and can change priorities at a moment’s notice. He will need an eye for detail to ensure the customer receives the right service at the right time which will continue to support our customer retention rates. Effectively communicate sales schemes and product promotions in the assigned market. Executing sales growth plan and sales drive to achieve the target. High levels of customer service experience which will ensuring repeat business from our customer base.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities of Samsung Electronics and Solutions;
  • Provide solutions for B2B clients through identifying core requirement;
  • Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.);
  • Search for new client leads and manage relationships with existing customers;
  • Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.);
  • Achieve monthly business targets set by HOD;
  • Prepare and share proposals for tenders/RFQ/RFP to B2B clients;
  • Manage clients / projects receivables and cash collections in light of preset financial KPI;
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners;
  • Daily reporting for PJP, Visit, BO Updates etc.;
  • Market feedback for developing upcoming products and service design for B2B clients.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Graduation from reputed Public / Private University

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Mobile Accessories

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Good communication, interpersonal, excellent social skill & negotiation skill;
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities;
  • Previous sales experience in a B2B environment;
  • A willingness to use the telephone to make sales meeting and contact customers;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • The ability to generate new leads, and close the deal;
